Amazon has sent a used item. Not sure how to notify seller but protective packaging arrived resealed with staples. Insole has been used and is dirty. do not want this to reflect poorly on seller as this appears to be a quality item.
Very confusing sizing. I wear 9 - 9.5 shoes. I was only able to get the correct insoles with a 3rd attempt. Still, the size 10 insoles are a tiniest bit short. No 10.5 option. Otherwise good quality. Thanks!
The shoe inserts arrived in the time frame promised. The pads are well made of soft leather. The pads are comfortable and fits each shoe to the exact shoe size. A satisfied new customer.
